Hello I am stuck while completing the Concordia College University of Alberta form,

Is high school equals to the University ?
Please tell me what to choose in these option given,

I think High School will be class 10th and 12th your college from where you did inter(FA./FSc). I am not sure what you will need to select in the second option.
