No it won't effect your case. Paying the fees in advance is not a mandatory visa requirement. Usually students pay their fees in advance just to make their case strong. I didn't pay my fees in advance for my visa.

Concordia is a better University then Windsor so I think you will have better chances with Concordia and I agree with Usman that there is no point of applying to Windsor just for increasing visa chances. Plus after you have entered Canada you can change your institute or Program of Study there...

Yes it won't effect your application if you have done your bachelors. That's what I told Surprising.Leo that his bachelors grades are good so his matric and intermediate grades won't effect his visa chances. Saying that a good SOP is always recommended even if you have good grades.

Your 10th and 12th grades are low but you have shown a lot of improvement in your bachelors so that should cover that up just write a good SOP and you will get visa Insh'Allah. Your IELTS is fine too.

You can use this time to get all your other documents ready so by the time you will receive your Offer Letter you will only need to apply for CAQ.

I applied 3.5 months prior to my session and got my visa. So May is good enough. Your University has not emailed you your offer letter?
