Hi, I am international student who graduated from university this may. I will explain my situation.
1. I finished all my school requirements last Dec (2014).
2. I applied to postgraduate workpermit on March and got it on May 2015.
3. I started to work as a cook Sep, 2014. At that time, I was not a fulltime student (part time student). Jut took 2 classes. But at that time I worked with student visa.
4. And I started full time work from this Jan. but applied to postgraduate workpermit on march and got it on May.

So, I do not how I count my work experience. CIC says it cannot counts working experience while studying as a full time. But I was not a full time student even though I worked with student visa. Also, I worked as full time before I applied to postgraduate workpermit since school gave me confirmation letter late. Is it countable? And finally, the work experience during transition time, I mean after applying to work permit but before getting it, is counted? Please help me guys.

You can count your experience from January on.

Now I quit the job. So do I need one more month work? From Jan to Nov, I worked for 40 hours per a week.

Yes - you need a full 12 months of work. It doesn't matter that you worked 40 hours per week. You still need to meet the requirement of having one full calendar year of work experience. As of now, you don't qualify to apply.

So, if I work as same occupation, cook, at another restaurant, it will be fine?
Yes, it will be fine provided you can get letter from all your employer

Cheers!!
