I have a question - in personal history & address ... are you mentioning the overlapping months... say in 2008/6/24 i lived in city X and then in 2008/6/25 i moved to city Y. so m i supposed to mention :

Y: 2008/6......present
X: 2003/2......2008/6

OR

Y: 2008/7......present
X: 2003/2......2008/6

Received my FBI CC today.
I had submitted the teh finger prints in the third week of Dec.
I had already submitted my application with expired PCC and I think they have been accepted as my cash has been encashed.
ANd if not , than these will be expired by the time, CIC gets back to me for the latest PCC.

Did you submit your application to buffalo without FBI CC? and with expired PCC?
i am planning on sending my application without FBI CC since i haven't got them yet.

Thanks, it was a relief when i saw those brown FBI envelopes in my mailbox.

That is what i had done earlier but being extra cautious now...so i think even i will not overlap the months.

Fingerprints Sent - 12/23/2009
FBI Received Date - 12/28/2009
FBI Results received - 03/08/2010

Mine (applicant) was rejected as 'Not readable' whereas my spouse's was approved. So I have to re-submit it.

My other PCCs will expire in 1st week of April. So I have following questions to the senior members -

1) Does FBI expedite their process in case of re-submission ?
2) Should I send my application to CIC without my FBI report (with proper explanation letter) ?
3) Since it will take approx 13 more weeks for my next report, what will happen if my nomination expires by then? Will CIC accept the FBI report after nomination date?
4) When will I get AOR ?

2) Should I send my application to CIC without my FBI report (with proper explanation letter) ?yes, do send copy of your rejection letter along with explanation letter
3) Since it will take approx 13 more weeks for my next report, what will happen if my nomination expires by then? Will CIC accept the FBI report after nomination date? members who have sent without FBI have got their checks en cashed already-which means expiry of Nomination will not apply once your check is encashed & in your case you have atleast one FBI report
4) When will I get AOR ?Dnt worry, they will understand as there are many others with same problem- in this thread itself there have been 4-5 such cases.... try waiting for a week or two after re-submission-just in case they expedite

No overlap is what I did, I guess this way it is much better for the reviewer to quickly keep following at a quick glance.
But I believe they see a lot of applications a day and do understand that there can be some overlaps in information

My case is different and I need some light on my case.

I send my application to CIC on Nov 15th and Today (Mar-8,2010) i got a letter informing about my application number and fee receipt for money I paid.
In That letter it mentioned as - "Medical form is enclosed with this letter.Please do not schedule any medical examination for next 3 months
from the date of this letter until you get further info".

In the medical form I received with this letter, it mentioned as - "Do your medical examination immediately, do not delay more than
60 days which may cause delay in processing".

What should I do now? Please any one help!!!

the best to do is contacting CIC and ask them about this issue. Looks strange why wud they ask to do Med after 3 months?

I got a call from FBI to verify my DOB o Feb 22. My CC was charged on the same day.
I still dint get the certificate. Anyone in the same boat . My PCCs expire around april 1week. Any suggestions

Answers below.

1) Does FBI expedite their process in case of re-submission ? NO

2) Should I send my application to CIC without my FBI report (with proper explanation letter) ? That's my only option right now, maybe your's too. cannot wait another 13 week, the deadline will expire.

3) Since it will take approx 13 more weeks for my next report, what will happen if my nomination expires by then? I think it is safer to send the application in rather than passing the deadline.
Will CIC accept the FBI report after nomination date? I hope so, not sure anyone has reported they were successful.

4) When will I get AOR ? Depends on CIC
