ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

Hi venks, I've already received my visa and I'll be landing next month (but I'll return to US by the end of the month). Even though I haven't been active in the forum recently, I still read the posts in this thread and update our spreadsheet. And it is good to hear many of us are receiving...

I received PPR from Buffalo yesterday. I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything here for a long time. I have been really busy with my work and all I could do for the forum was to update our timeline spreadsheet (I'm sure almost all of us know about the spreadsheet, but if you don't, here's the...

My lawyer forwarded the scanned copy of the letter to me by email yesterday. In my case, the letter is dated "Nov 12" and it was received by the lawyer on Nov 19 (I believe this was a regular postal mail). chigirl and I are applying through the same law firm, so it was the same process.

There was a "Medical Instructions" in the letter and it said: "If you have not completed your medical examinations you should make arrangements to undergo the examinations immediately. Refer to the medical instructions that were previously sent to you. Advise our office as soon as possible if...

My timeline is similar to yours (eCAS shows July 7 as my process-start date), and I received a letter from Buffalo last Friday, which said: "We have now completed the initial assessment of your application, and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview. While an interview...

Hi petesampras, vsrao and I are managing the timeline spreadsheet, and whenever I find members' timeline information in this forum, I transfer it to the spreadsheet. In your case, I was not able to enter your timeline because I could not find the date CIC received your application (this needs...

Yes, our spreadsheet is working in HTML format for now, but we still don't know what the problem was. Our old link (http://tinyurl.com/AINP-Tracking-System which you find in my signature box) is also working; you just need to click the "2010 CIC Process Timeline" tab which you find at the top of...

Hi earth, I think you are talking about RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee), not PPR (Passport Request). RPRF can be paid at any time during processing. In my case, I did not receive the request to pay RPRF along with my AOR/Medical, but my immigration lawyer wants to submit my RPRF before...

That is correct. The link to the copy of Medical Report Sections B-E which I posted yersterday is only for your reference (*It is not CIC website). The form you need to take to DMP office is Section A which CIC sends to you. I'm sorry if I confused you.

Thanks, virgos. Actually I have already completed my medical exam and the DMP was very knowledgable about Canadian immigration medical process, so everything went fine (including my photos). But I still suggest everyone to check with DMP office about photo specifications before his/her medical exam.

Hi virgo, No, I haven't paid RPRF and it hasn't been requested by CIC yet. But I am planning to send it soon (before CIC requests). Regarding photos for medical, I asked DMP office about it when I made an appointment for my medical exam and they said regular US passport size photos were fine...

Yes, that's how I received my AOR/Medical. I received the detailed explanation of the documents from the lawyer by email the next day. Then the law firm forwarded the package to me by FedEx.
