Okay everyone I have a question I got rejected for F1 American visa twice, now I wanted to know if it has any side effect on my Canadian visa?? And also is there anyone who got rejected with George Brown college acceptance?

Yes - you can be rejected with a George Brown college acceptance.

And yes - it's possible the US refusals may impact your application to Canada. You'll want to provide very strong evidence of your ties to your home country and ensure you declare both US refusals in your study permit application.

You should write a very strong SOP/LOE that clearly touched the core areas of your both refusals and why you are applying to Canada after such occurrence..

The endgame is to satisfy the VO(and try to ensure all your documents are in order this time)..
