Anyone successfully obtained India PCC from the Consular in US through mail service? I need suggestions.

My wife and me applied for PCC in Houston Indian embassy. Mine came in 1 week since my passport was renewed once in Houston. But my wife it's been 3 months, we have not received it yet. They are asking me to approach someone in RPO Bangalore to follow up. Did anyone experience this?

What is the status of your wife's PCC did you get it finally and if you did how long it took?
