FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

I have got 2nd AOR today which post by ordinary mail by Visa office to my consutant on 17/03/10. My file was reached to them on 12/03/10. But I am surprised that till now I am not able to see my file status with the help of Both the file number allotted by CIO and Visa office?

mine doc. had received by Embassy on 15th March for NOC 4131 but still there is no update, ''Received by visa office'' was updated on 22nd March, so how long will it be take for the same?
could u just tell me when was yr been reached at the visa office?

I got a call from my Mom saying that she has received a letter from CHC....
I am at office now and waiting to go check what the reason is for the denial.
I will update every1 so incase anything new then every1 is made aware of so they do not face the same cause.

CIC received my full documents on March 23 but I still do not get to see any change on the e-cas status for my case. Patience is a GREAT VALUE THAT MOST PEOPLE DON´T HAVE... I DON´T.. :'(

I have already contacted my ex work places for them to be aware of References Check. I do not know if a good thing to do, but....

I pray to God that it should be some casual letter than a rejection letter. If not so, then I can guess the most probable reason would be less points than required 67.

Hopefully,it would be a mistake from CHC and not from our friend .

Hey guys......after along wait i at got my rejection reason.
CHC New Delhi has given me 65 points.
Where as i calculated my points as 67....
Before sending my application i had also spoke to my friend who handles immigration consultation and he said that any University Degree from India with 15 Years of Education is allotted 22 points.
So i sent my application to CIO and it got approved.
Today when checked CHC New Delhi alloted 20 points for my Education.
I don't know how there is points allocation gap between CIO and CHC.
I am very confused here.
If i want to make 67 then i will have to reappear for my IELTS and get full 16 points.
This was my points calculation.
Education : 22
IELTS : 14
Work Exp : 21
Age : 10
Total : 67
But CHC gave me 20 points for my education.
How is this possible as CIO allocates a point and CHC allocates different points.
I am very pissed by this.
What can be the reason guys...............?

Checking on the scale that CIC has on the WEB, it gives you 22 POINTS IF YOU ....Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies. If you a University Degree is it suppose to be 16 Years in India?

You might want to appeal your case but FIRST IS GOOD TO HAVE PRO--- OPINIONS FROM THE REST.

What I see is THAT YOU have a Very opportunity in obtain the FSW-PRV either now or later.

No problem buddy, U ll get the visa, I can assure u, Just give IELTS again , get 16 points, send ur case to CIO, NS again. Nothing to worry. Moreover, U ll get ur money back in 6 weeks.

C man NS people only check JOB DUTIES nothing else than that, they don't calculate marks. It is the CHC which grant final points to somebody's application.

I am sorry but Nothing strange that they gave 20 points for educations, once I told u the same thing( here is the link http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/education-points-20-or-22-what-t36719.0.html;msg244507#msg244507).

Any ways nothing to worry, prepare and crack the IELTS.

no need to be restless in yr case bec. it was only on 23rd march case, lets be the progress smothly . probably u have got yr 2nd AOR by now, if not follow up for the same to the concerned mailing address that u have mentioned in yr application.
right now I have been keenly waiting mine updates since mine was 15th march application.

though I was not in the mood of disclosing it, I compelled to do it bec. of your friendship(although unseen)
pls be informed that this is my 2nd application within one year duration under this same program. due to which too I am quite restless.

Ok go ahead, But don't forget to tick on the application forms that u know basic French, better to disclose it in the initial application, it will help!

I can assure u that they will return back ur IELTS soon, but in any case just sent them a letter that u require ur TRF back. U will get that back.
