So you will have 8 years experience which is more than enough to get 15 points. E kung yang 2 years nayan e makakatagal lang sa pag file mo, pede iwanan mo na. O bilisan mo ang pag accomplish at pa notarize ng affidavit.

tama ka. i have 15 points na..kaso sa Document List #12 - Work Experience di ba for the past 10 years ang pinapa-submit?...makikita din nila sa COE na 8 years lang ang period..pag iniwan ko baka hanapan ako at kulang ang sinubmit ko na work experience...yes, if mahirapan ako kumuha, affidavit na lang ako....thanks...

I you have COE for the 2 years even without the JD, I thinkit is enough. Anyway, for points consideration the 2 years will be irrelevant. However just make sure your other 8 years jd matched with the noc you are applying for.

Hello po. May question ako tungkol sa points for age. If this coming October pa mag-44y/o, mabibigyan pa ba ng 4 points or 3 points na lang? By July pa makaka submit ng application sa CIO. Salamat

In my opinion, it will be the age at the time of assessment. Although, other views naman consider the age at the time of filing of application.

i am not sure about that kasi sa #12 naka specify ang requirements ng letter...the 2 years maybe irrelevant in terms of points calculation pero in relation to the requirement ng #12 I just want to be conservative. anyway, i will do the affidavit na lang if mahirapan ako.
i am working on my 8 yrs jd na maayos ang presentation...still have to convince my supervisor though para mapirmahan ang gagawin ko...cheers

if sent nong 25th of April you should have received it by 29th. Mine was sent April 24 and i received it April 28. I noticed sa tracking na binigay na walang building name sa address ko so i exerted efforts to make sure madedeliver sa unit ko ang mail. I notified our Condominium guards about my expected parcel.

NOw your case is different but another example of another error committed by WES. WES had committed some errors in their assessment reports with other applicants like personal information ng applicant sa reports and mismong assessment.

I suggest you notify the WES about this. check with UPS if there is a package for you recorded in their database. ASAP!

un nga kung mahihirapan ka or matatagalan sa pagaayos ng JD mo para dun sa 2 years magaffidavit ka na lang just make sure na yung current 8 years eh pulidong pulido para sure na ikoconsider nila

Guys tanong lang po sa envelope na kelangan pagisusubmit na ung docs.. size kasi nakalagay 9x12 diba maliit lang yun? Di magkasya ung documents :'(

Sa palagay niyo ok lang kaya na ung long envelope na lang?

it should be at the time when they received your application. you do not have the control when the CIC will review your papers. what about if it takes longer than what we expected so it does mean that you have to add extra years to your current age to calculate your points.?of course not...this is only mybpersonal view..

in the immigration website it mentioned that the case officer will contact you if in case he is not satisfied to what you have provided so if i were you and i already have 8yrs experience just provide an affidavit then submit your docs then gather the COE to avoid delay in your submission.

get the expandable envelop, but honestly it wouldn't matter..what matter most is the completeness of your docs..what can you do if your docs wouldn't fit in to small envelop..immigration will not returning your docs because you used the long envelop.i don't think so..
