hi, nung pinadala ko yung apps ko last 16 Aug 14, ang Sched 3 was still May 2013 but pag inopen mo Aug 2013 ang nakalagay at yun ang nagamit ko...I compared the forms and I did not find difference..Baka pinalitan lang nila from 2013 to 2014... Also wondered bakit old form kayo last year kasi Aug...

hi, if you don't mind, here's my suggestion. kung wala kang representative, para safe, why don't you write directly sa branch where your account is maintained. You can address your letter to the branch manager. explain your situation...check mo sa website ng bangko mo then search the branch...
