Good day!Any one could help or advice about my working visa refusal last march 04,2014...the reasons why my application disapproved:
1. Family ties in Canada and my country of residence
2. purpose of visit
3. limited employment prospects in my country of residence
4. my current employment situation
What should I do?Should i re-apply again for working visa BUT my LMO has already been expired..Can anyone email me or help me...Thanks God Bless

Hello bosschips, my credential assessment kpo na po b? ask ko lang po kung alam nyo ang credential assessment equivalent ng nursing s pilipinas sa canada? Ng aral lang po aq s college not in a university. Tnx po

2years lang siguro equivalent niyan. Wala pa pero alam ko 10 days lang yan makukuha na basta express.

Hi..pwede i think na mag apply ka sa federal wyl meron tayong qsw ksi plan ko din mag apply eh..may nabasa ako sa forum na meron sya pnp application as well as fsw then nag email sya sa vo sabi nman ok lng dw pro dapat hindi umabot sa federal stage na yung pnp nya then choose na sya f ano e.pursue nya..

mukhang pwede nga pero feeling ko mavvoid ang pnp dahil once magpasa ka ng app sa federal fsw 2014, hindi ka na makakapasa ng app ulit after mo makuha ang nomination. Hindi nalang siguro ako magpapasa. Too risky. Thanks for the insight!

Hi..inquire lng po totoo ba talaga na after na receive yung papers mo sa wes matatapos sya in 7 working days??

depende meron kasi silang parang rush options. merong 1 day lang merong 3 days. di ko alam kung meron pa din ngaun. i submit my tor last yr april 19 tapos natanggap ko yung assessment may 8.

i think depende sa school kung san ka nag graduate. kunwari if from up or ateneo ka mas maganda yung result. base lang sa observation ko.

Based on my observation if ang pag naka 12 years ka elem and secondary your 4 year course here is 4 year course din in canada. Since 10 years lang ang elem and hs ko, my 4 year course is equiv to 2 yr diploma only.

my friend ako na graduate ng feu. nursing din sya. nung pinakita niya sa akin yung assessment nya 3 yrs yung sa kanya pero same lang kami na 4 yrs sa college....hope this theory helps

My credential evaluation from WES says my course (bs in nursing) is equivalent to 3 years with diploma and my consultant told me its fine kasi ganun lang talaga ang education dito sa philippines. And as long as your school is recognized by WES, i think there's no problem with that.

May idea ba kayo if the IELTS required score ay mababago pa? My husband is the principal applicant and unfortunately di umabot ang score niya sa speaking so he will be retaking the test but we want to know if 6 pa din ba ang required ng canada.

Ano po kaya meaning ng fictional n example na to s instruction guide sa credential assessment? Does this mean na pag hindi bachelor ung equivalent ng nursing nila s pilipinas marereject nila?

If Fatima studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Bachelor’s level, but her ECA report indicates that the foreign credential is only equivalent to two years of post-secondary study in Canada…
Then she would not meet the minimum education requirement and her application would be refused because her foreign educational credential was found not to be equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential.
