My Noc is 3012....having similar duties I applied for 3233.....that's y file got back....

Can u share how CIC has worded ur rejection. What made them feel that u will not fit in similar noc

Yes that would be very helpful. However, we won't have a chance to reapply if our application is returned. Digging deeper may not help us much.

They actually gave reasoning that my question 12 a and 12b of schedule 3 form is not complete.....n with help of pencil they have checked mark my noc.....since noc I applied in 12a is not being mentioned at all in 12b....hence the discrepancy.

Yes in some cases but they may also surprise u pleasantly and could send u ur evaluation at a date earlier than that.

A lot of people r trying to file their application and consequently WES may be flooded with applications.

i got mine in two weeks.. and same happened with my friend. in email they give long dates but u ll get result in weeks.. 2 in my case.

I just sent my application on 20/Nov(all my forms were signed and dated on 19/Nov) and it's still on the way(hasn't been received by CIO), however the generic form IMM0008 was updated on 22(or 23)/Nov, will that affected on my application? anyone knows or has the same experience? appreciate!!

I guess people shouldnt be suprised but my evaluation got completed in less than a day. to be more precise 3 hours

Though it was mentioned that it will take 20 business days . Guess i am lucky to get it done in less than a half business day.
