what was the reason it got rejected the first time?

By which date shall all the November applicants expect to receive their PER mails...???

hello everybody,

i'm waiting for WES result on December (unfortunately i can't make it faster :'().
i will apply under 2281 which is 410 applicant only, i know cap is 1000
but i;m not sure that i can apply on December specially i'm afraid they have Christmas vacation .
any recommendation ?

Dear Members,
I send my documents to WES on Nov 7 from Hyd through a registered Post and I was told it will be received by WES with in 8-10 days. Now its been 14 days and yet not delivered to WES.

I have tracked it and I understand its with Customs for review. Now the clock is ticking and I am desperate about applying under the current system since EE will favour those with an offer and in my view it will be tough to get a job offer without landing there especially for an NOC like HR.

hi neha_s, i have a similar situation with WES
what is your WES status now ? mine still in progress till December 15 :'(.
i think your NOC 0112 has only 176 applicant, i think there is likelihood that you can make it in time. 8)
my NOC2281 reached 410 now so i'm doughty.

Can I have an time of average PER from CIC is todays situations?
Could NOC 2132 applicants can also be victims like NOC2171 555 Caps jumped to 1000
