Yes, the two NOCs have similar, yet different titles. Can be misunderstood.

U still have a chance. Send it quickly.

Hi All,

I was going to courier my document and at last moment the Generic Form has been changed....
Now the question No. 4 "Immigration Office requested for processing this application" where we select local Visa office has been removed....
Please suggest me what to do... How CIC will now come to know which is the local Visa Office.
Also last month when I downloaded the document checklist it was showing the date October 2014 at bottom of the page. But while checking right now, its showing August 2014, which is correct.....

Please advise immediately.....

Y to have have sleepless nights for next 110 days. It's good that u checked the forms for any new version. I too had done the same. They will decide ur VO by looking at ur current address. I guess u r from Nepal, so it will be New Delhi.

I suggest that you use the new form and dispatch the application. Good luck.

I had same concern regarding forms and eventually sent August one since in that moment that one was actual. October one was obviously kind of bug or mistake issued by CIC.

I have sent my docs but unfortunately dob on my WES reports is wrong.
My real DOB on all docs are 4th march 1982.
But in wes report it ismentioned as 03rd April 1982 !!!! will it be big mistake

Please help me

The thing is, I have put Abu Dhabi Embassy as the processing Office. Only today I noticed I should put London Office.

Will that cause any issue ? or will my application be routed to lpondon Office?

Kindly advise.

This are endless torture of consultant--yesterday i have received from him.

Yes i know ultimately i have to suffer..But now is there any way to rectify it ??

no issues,

1. generic form is updated and this Q-4 is removed now.

2. i READ a case shared by someone, same mistake.
was overlooked as not a major one.
so stay COOL n CALM.
