Hi,
1. Did you have any communication from CIC that your application is returned? or since you haven't got any AOR/PER you're assuming that your application is returned?
2. If you have had communication with CIC, please share as appropriate.

I haven't received any updates or file number, nor did i contacted them. So i am assuming that it should be returned by now.
