It will take some 3 weeks time to receive PCC in the snail mail. Better check with your area post man(my area postman called me up and told that it was received;Of course, after paying few bucks).

I do not see any CC charges for sept applicants post sept 2nd? is it game over for 2171 guys? I am neither tensed or worried and positive about CIC sending PER, just wanted to know others opinion.

I have used and It took a week to deliver it. Also, in the delivery receipt they wont provide who has collected the package. You need to contact the call center and find out.
