Kindly advise,

My application is received on 7th Dec 2014, in NS office , Sydney, under the NOC 2241 , what is the next process, i only received intimation from DHL. I have one query , pls. help me to solve it.

1) In how much time the positive review will be finalized. I have not received any intimation from CIC in regards to my documents.

is payment debited to your account? Check with cic call center for Uci. With Uci you can check Ecas status. You can also mail cic for status.

Hi, I hope to get a reply on this, getting worried by the day.

I sent my application on 18 December, which was received 24 December 2015. I sent my documents through courier DHL. I noticed that December applicants have been getting some updates like CC charged or DD encashed, my application has no movement at all.

I reviewed the airway bill I got from DHL and just noticed that in the receipt they gave, they showed the 'ship from' (that would be my home address) and 'ship to' (CIC) details. However in the 'ship to' details, the code they indicated was for 3012. I checked my copy of the documents as I made exact copy, I used my correct code of 0112 (HR Manager). In short, the envelope that I used to house all my documents showed NOC Code 0112 on the front but the plastic envelope from DHL mistakenly showed 3012.

Question: will CIC open ALL the plastic envelopes from courier? I'm worried they will discard my application on the basis of the code indicated in the courier-provided envelope.

I hope to hear from anyone with similar experience. Thanks.

You are well in the queue. These are just your apprehensions. CIC will go through the complete package before making any decision. Even I didnt mention any NOC on the envelope. All the best for your PER

Feeling very sad, i have to resign from my present job as there is retrenchment process is going on in my company.
And i am desperately waiting for the second line update from last 80 days . does i have to inform vo about the job loss at this stage or later. or it is wise to inform vo about that change in this stage or in later stages

I have a question, guys.

I have seen some people receive the letter from cic regarding marriage questionnaire and supporting documents.

Could any one of you say more precisely why and when these additional docs required? I assume, they are demanded for recent marriages, when the spouse was added to the app after applying. Or, maybe, they are required for all couples married for less than some exact period of time, e.g., one year?

Does this additional stage delay application processing? if yes, for how long?
