Brother... Send required docs before the mentioned date, failure to which may result in refusal of ur application. PPR will be followed shortly if everything goes alright after rest of the process gets completed upon submission of docs required. Hence....u may expect PPR anytime after Mar...

It genearlly takes ~10 days for stamping + roughly 2 days for courier = keep ~12 days margin for getting ur PPs back.
