Any updates from LVO yet ?? it seems they have permanently shut of the FSW program. Still people from May and June awaiting 2nd line update....

Yahh.. our timelines are nearly same. So...wll hv to wait to see the difference..

but to be frank, this NDVO is really unpredictable.

Acco. to ur guess APP between 13-15 may are being given PPRs, but still many of around ~5-7 May are pending and also I have noticed an APP of 22nd May has been given PPR.

Also...for today, so far just one PPR has been reported whose 4th line was updated yesterday.

So..donno at what speed NDVO wll continue to issue PPR. but yah, lets stay positive and wait for good news.!

Your CC is charged after completeness check and eligibility review will take care of your job duties matching the CIC HRCM lead statement under the NOC u applied in. However, Job title does not matter, job duties matter a lot.

If your job duties satisfied ths HR Manager job duties nd lead statement, you are good to go.

Success.

The title may be different around the world, but actually what matters is the Job Description of your Job. It should be aligned with what the CIC requires for HR Manager. So dont worry about the Title.

Thing may be, you may have visited foreign countries (more then one) and it has delayed ur process overall.

Also, you may raise CSE for the same. but it is really weired why this much time is being taken after 2nd line update..?

Dont worry, still there are applicants in this forum who are in the same boat as yours.

So..cheer-up. things will be okay soon.

Received PPR mail today . 4th line got updated yesterday. When can I expect my passport back if I send it through VFS today? Also, is there any possibility to submit it in person in Delhi and receive the same from Delhi itself? How much time it takes?

I have to travel to States and my family has to go for their L2, all this has coincided together , just want to know exact timelines.

I am very much confused about the CC charging? Some of the forum members say it is charged after completeness check is done and the review of Job Duties and Points are performed later. If any of the mentioned fails to fulfill the CIC Requirement, CIC rejects the application with no refund. But some forum members say that CIC refund. A colleague of mine told me that his brother's also got NER in 2011 but his amount was refunded.

Its kind of confusing. Any senior member, please shed some light on this,

Congrats Shweta.
I guess it will take ten days. You can check the SS for people who have got PPR from NDVO and the approx date in which they got their PP back.

I guess it takes around 15 to 20 days or even less for getting PP back
