Hi All,

PER Date : 25th September.

I am expecting MRR & PCC request by around Nov 15th or later as per S.S approx

I have 2 questions to ask.

1. My spouse (Applicant )has valid Indian PCC but currently in U.S.By Dec 1st week completes 6 months stay in U.S.Will it required to take FBI Clearance ?

2.I stay in India . Planning to apply PCC thro Passport seva Kendra.
My passport address and permanent/current address is not same. Passport taken 8 yrs before .Spouse name not there in passport.
In this case.How much time it will take to receive PCC considering the above points??

I have got the following doubts:

1. I have just received my WES-ECA and I am planning to dispatch my packet to CIC in Sydney NS next week for the NOC-2173-Software Engineer. What do you think would be my chances to get a file number from them ? Currently (as of 10-Oct) the list on the website shows that 425 applications have received file numbers for 2173.

2. What would be the actual estimated applications that CIC would have already received for my NOC which they are yet to open? I beleive this is stored in some SS which a lot of guys are mentioning on the forum. Where is this SS maintained? Requesting you all to please provide me the path for this SS.

3. For preparing the employment references letter:
i. Should the descriptions of your roles and responsibilities be exactly printed as the ones mentioned on the NOC description page 'OR' should the sentences be modified for writing them in other words keeping the meaning same?
ii. My company does not provide letters like these. What should I do then?
iii. Can I get a format for the letters somewhere?

Any 4011 NOC applicants that can shed light on this. Have any 4011 applicants been rejected for not having masters or got PER with only bachelors degree?

Lead statement and duties should match under Noc 4011, qualification is for point purpose only. Cic will not look at the employment requirements to consider for immigration. So no worries.

Hey Bro I pulled the data from the first sheet.

The App Status sometimes acts weird. It doesn't update everytime properly.

But may be my numbers might differ. Can you be specific with which date or entry you are referring.

Download the spreadsheet and do custom sorting with different values and it gives you this list.

In this case.How much time it will take to receive PCC considering the above points??No issue, you will get it within 10 to 20 days

I am a FSWP 2014 applicant. Got an email from CIC that I passed the eligibility review but the CIC agent did spelling mistake in my Family name. How can I rectify it ? Should I write to CIC or should I write to my Visa Office ?

For that NOC, you'll be fine. Go for it!

In my opinion you can try the best, 189 applications accepted till 1st week of june.

ii. My company does not provide letters like these. What should I do then?You can get it from your senior in A4 sheet get it notarized and send his business card also.

thanks!

1. Being an Indian Citizen u can alws select New Delhi.......But as u are on SG for more than a yr u have also an option for selecting Singapore (for god sake dont do that!)

2. Its just an optional thing ..Just avoid it since it is costly...

3. No need to worry for PCC...submit a cover letter instead quoting u are submitting ur PCC when it is on ur hand...

We are greatful for your time in contributing to the forum. I am currently having the doubt on the same situation.

I have been staying in SG for 5 years. My spouse is staying from 1 year. Main applicant is my My spouse. Here goes my doubts.

1)
(i) Do we need to get the PCC from Indian and Singapore.
(ii) The indian embassy in SG is asking for a "Letter of requestion from concerned embassy".

2) You mentioned that dont submit application at SG-CIC office. Any information on this issue.

Please let me know your comments. Thanks in advance.

Since 3rd july CC are getting charged now! I am guessing 4th July DD would take another 10 days!! Hence hoping to hear good news after Diwali !!

Hi Bro,

You have been a real help to all the people out there on this forum. Hats off to you!!

I had few queries related to Visa office selection,getting documents attested and PCC -

• I believe as I am from India, I should be able to select Visa office as New Delhi. I have been here in Singapore since last two years.
• Second point is - Do we need to send the attested copies of all the documents or just the photocopies of all docs would do...as in Singapore, getting a affidavit or attesting each doc would cost a lot.
• Also, I checked with Indian Embassy here, they need request letter from concerned High Commission for getting the PCC clearance. Same is the case with Singapore PCC. Should I just have a letter in my documents saying PCC will be issued by the high commission on request. I suppose that should not create any problems.
