Hi All,

Below are my queries. Kindly help.

1. I received PER mail on 2nd October, 2014. My Ecas statuts showing In Process and upon click on that getting this message "We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014.". When my file will transfer to NDVO and what are the next steps?it's already being routed. wait 2-3 months till MR

2. I stayed in Canada from 2010 to 2011. Do I need to submit PCC from Canada as well? If yes, what is the procedure? no

3. I also stayed in Singapore from 2011 to 2013. what is procedure to get PCC from Singapore if your are not a citizen of Singapore.approach their embassy or consulate in your region

1. My husband 4011 applicant is being offered a job as chef in another city, probably having to leave his professor job (4011). Will this affect his application?
2. I read in the forum someone asking if a masters degree is needed to be able to apply for 4011 NOC, is that true? Stressed.
3. How can he get a reference letter of a closed company?

So you meant to say the fees become non-refundable once the completeness check is
done of your application even if you don't get 67 passing marks, Correct..??

Also please do let me know what are the steps involved of DD En-cashment from CIC..??

Hi LB7199, can you please confirm if you have received the physical file?

Yes, I received the physical file (along with all supporting docs) back with a letter of rejection stating the reason as missing copy of BC for spouse.

Application received - 10th June
DD charged - 2nd October
Rejection mail - (17th Oct, reason credential evaluation by WeS, is not equal to Canadian Equivalency, I dont understand why they have charged the DD before assessment,

As per SS you have Bachelors degree but in decsion made you mention diploma, and you got rejection mail on 17th october but you update ss about more than month ago ???
