Difficult to say...CIC is looking at mid-June applicants now. So as far as the speed is concerned, we have to look at the CAP figure when CIC ends June applicants..may be after 2 weeks i.e., Oct 2nd Week Monday.

You can check with the Courier guys for the shipment tracking. If your application pass the eligibility criteria, CIC will send you a Positive Eligibility Review (PER) mail within 2-3 months. All the best
