There are still 24 people from June 5 still pending so no need to kill anyone yet. If you kill him your PCC will show you are a bad person

Guys,

Second line in my ECAS is updated - file processing has started on 17th Sept, NDVO. I still did NOT get my MR. However many applicants got their MR within almost 3 days from the time 2nd line is updated.

Please suggest if this is normal or any cases like these seen in the past. Out of curiocity and anxiousness.

After paying the RPRF online, how will you inform your local visa office of the payment?

We need not to worry about this. CIC is connected with all Visa Office in world.

Hi Friends & seniors

I am May 22nd applicant and till date I have no information from CIC. This means there is surely some problem with my application( which shld not be as I have cross checked everything before sending & also this is the second time i am sending). Will CIC inform me that they have sent my application or shall I wait for the application to receive. Atlest if they notify me now abt any shortfall. I can make up and send quickly after its arrival.

Hi Seniors,

I am planning to apply for NOC 2172 (Database analysts and data administrators). I can take the required roles and responsibilities from my current company, my current designation is Software Engineer and i am working here from last 2 years.

I have below questions.

1. Is it worth to apply for this NOC now? or i am late for it. Presently count is 54 as per below link.

2. Can i apply for this NOC with designation Software Engineer, because the required designations are different? or CIC reject my application.

3. How CIC verify my job details?

1. This is by far the SAFEST NOC among all IT NOCs and probably in comparison to other NON-IT NOCs as well. Makes me jealous of the guys under this NOC actually ;D. You are absolutely safe applying under this NOC and I think I speak for everybody when I say that "You will never be too late" applying under this NOC.

2. Designations do not matter. Go ahead.

3. The primary method is by verifying your Letter of Reference and matching with your NOC Duties. Other methods are background checks performed by the VO post AOR.

I did go through it all. So NOC 1112 was the best match. Not sure why CIC officer was not convinced. Anyways i'm thinking of applying under NOC 1114 or 0111... I have sent a mail to the CIC as well as to which NOC i can apply??

My wife is into Cat Modelling in the insurance sector but non of the NOC have any JD as hers. Little confused and heart broken:-(

Why don't you consider 1111 or 0111 - seems more matching on this.

I just got my package back yesterday after a very long wait. The reason for rejection is that the NOC that i have applied under and the JD that i provided in the company letterhead do not provide enough evidence that i have performed the duties required in the Lead Statement.

I applied under NOC - 1112.
App reached : May 12.
App Processed date July 18th.
App received : Sep 24th

Needed some help from experienced people in the forum to advise on which NOC i can apply under. I'm into the fund services industry with 5 and half years of experience in Financial Reporting, Fund accounting department. PLEASE HELP!!! Below are the main Job duties that i perform on a day to day basis.

Responsible for detailed review of interim and annual financial statements for the Investment Funds under NT administration. Which includes internal audit of Balance sheet, Income Expense Statement, Capital movement & Cash flows statement.

Review and preparation of word draft annual report for auditors' review along with notes to accounts including Financial Reporting Standard compliance notes.

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in‐depth technical knowledge of IFRS and responsible for training and mentoring junior analysts.

Performing daily reviews of client deliverables, maintenance of accounts according to Service level agreement which includes checking and correcting discrepancies.

Preparation & Review of Portfolio Statement to be included in the annual report. This involves downloading description information of securities from Bloomberg for Country classification, nature of investment, maturity dates etc.

Review and preparation of General Expense budgets updated every quarter across all funds managed by Northern Trust Ireland region.

Preparation of German Tax for all the funds that have German investors to facilitate the filing of tax returns in their country as per transparency principle of Germany.

Manage daily operational activities and supervise day‐to‐day work of junior level employees along with timely feedback on their work.

Responsible for ensuring that the team goals for accuracy and timeliness are maintained.

Dont panic. I assume that you already have the credential report from WES. Send the missing documents in an envelope to the same CIC office where you have submitted your application. Write"ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS" on the envelope containing the documents. You have to include a covering letter with the documents, in which you have to mention that you forgot to include the enclosed documents in your application and please accept the same. Do give the following information in your letter for their ready reference:
