And code 211 represents as per bank : CARDREFUSED Decline - Invalid Card Verification Number (CVN). So verify u r using correct 3 CVV digit number and correct billing address as updated with bank Best of luck ;)

Hi Ravel, It could be simply the wrong Billing address entered. Make sure you are using the correct address which is updated with credit card Bank. Also you can try using different browser like Firefox etc. And of course make sure it has sufficient balance. Hope it helps :) - Maria

For eligibility to apply in the NOC; 1 year of exp is enough. So u can apply under 2172. And total experience is considered as 8 years.. So u should be getting maximum points under Experience.

Frnds, Applicants who have recieved MR specially from NDVO, did they had a backgtound verification done by VO with thier Employers ? Any one aware of this.. Do v need to be in touch of our employers to chk thier emails and reply? Kindly advice... Waiting on MR.... But Ecas 2nd line updated...
