My NOC is 2174 (actually with 718 from 1000 cap)

Do I have any chance to get on cap?
I applied too late because I though I've got not enough points to apply...

with 2174 it is very difficult. It is not one of the most, it is the most competitive category. Better to prepare for Express Entry 2015

My wife is the primary applicant and I will be accompanying her to Canada (By God's brace when we get the PR). These mutual funds & EPF are in my name. I hope I can provide the funds in my name as settlement funds.

the amount can be either on primary/secondary applicants name or joint.. no parents.. siblings etc..

add cover letter explaining its an additional doc for....enter all your identification details,......then mention what all documents you are sending which should be attached to original package:

Make another app with noc 2172 ( if u can arrange job ex for the same under dba) and count on that

Instructions for setting this up for your profile:

Find out readable English words in there and change the info, i.e. When you find "Fee Charged.: Not yet" change 'Not yet' to the date on which your fee was charged, also make sure you replaced the date "2014-06-18" (first thing in the code) with date on which your app was filed.

Yes funds in name of principal applicant and/or spouse is accepted.

Yeah... I know about it...
Well, anyway, I'm going to Canada with an Open Work Permit in February, but not as Permanent Resident...
So I think I'll wait until I have one year of experience and the apply again throw Experience Class or Entry Express (I think they'll be just Entry Express next year).
But I'd like to get in cap this last FSW... hehehe

I saw in some spreadsheet that being pessimist, who got your package delivered on August, 20, 2014 will be able the get in cap, but I think it's wrong... I really hope them to be right...

Hi senior, need your suggestion. My friend borrowed funds from their cousins and prepared a FD FOR 1 year and applied with FD and bank balance certificate. He is going to maintain that amount till he reach Canada.
- will this be a problem?
Or he should get a gift certificate (something like) document?
Or is there any other way to solve this?
Please advice.

is the FD of large amount ?? u should be fine provided the officer doesn't want to investigate the details about this...

You are not correct for PPF as it is completely withdraw able when someone leave the job. If applicant is moving to Canada permanently the he is surely leaving the job. Hence PPF is fine. You can check PPF rules for better idea.

You are confusing PPF(public provident fund) with EPF (employee provident fund)
