the point is, they might be already working with June applications coz the 26th May app was rejected on 18 Aug as per the SS detail.

The difference between 2013 and 2014 form is wholesale and retail changes. For any wholesale changes, there was 100% rejection (you can say wholesale rejection). For retail changes, no rejection.

Did you heard anybody rejected due to change of Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) on September 2013? [Swapna]: No Not heard of this till now...

Send the updated forms with cover letter to the same address.

I am researching on this... so far i have found, that generic application form also was changed in 2013, but till now have not found any thread where someone has reported being rejected due to submission of old gen app form... Fingers Crossed.... Will keep you posted...

CIC is after week 3-4 for PER.
No way they can start on JUNE...

see the stats datewise, hope you can get ur answers

I just got my PCC from Police station in Delhi. Here are the contents, can anyone confirm if it will work:
1. it is on letterhead on "Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police: Delhi Police" withtheir logo at top.
2. Content states that "Vishal Bakshi son/of ... Living at address "....." is not involved in any criminal offence as per record of Police station in which his residence is located."
3. name and Signature of ACP

Can someone confirm this is what their local PCC looked like?

1) The lucky ones who have got their MR / RPRF from NDVO...
have you checked with your employers that they have received any verification call or not?Huh
2) How many 7th May applicants are there from NDVO, who have PERs Huh

3) When can i expect MR?? (I am 8th may applicant)

Hi guys required urgent assistance please!!!!!

File returned due to CAP FULL in 2013 with UCI no.

Applied Again; File received on 20th May 2014;;;

Confirmed with my Bank on 6th Sep 2014...but DD wasn't charged!!!
NO PER mail received...

but, today when i tracked my file using UCI no it showing me application In Process...

What does that mean??? I mean without DD charged and PER.............................. ????? ??? ??? ??? ???

you are Safe and am pretty confident if your ECAS status is showing in process. Chances to get PER are very high.

I am 7th May applicant and got PER on 1st AUG. As PER CIC my DD was encashed on 16th June'14 but my banker was failed to give any confirmation until 30th July'14. So just relax and pray from GOD, All will be good.

Dear Seniors,
I have a very silly question here...but not able to control me from asking it :-[
I have drawn a DD in favour of "Receiver General for Canada" as mentioned in the document checklist but later saw in the fee payment form that it should be "The Receiver General for Canada"
Would it be a problem for me missing the word 'THE'?

I guess, they will encash your DD and then reject your application.......... ;P

Very likely "YES" you'd be safe:
Currently, 87 NOC2131 applications have received PER as per CIC. From SS, we know that Encashment and PER have reached ~May 20 applicants. One may deduct then that CIC processed 87 NOC2131 within 20 days (from 01 to May20).
If this trend goes this way, it will take about 220 days (>7 months) to CIC to close the processing of the entire 1000 apps Under this NOC.
(Note that SS shows that volumes of daily apps seem to have gone downward)

Even Nov applications should be considered Under Cap!

I donno but on a page behind i has read someone unable to check her ecas status even after recvng PER. Even i faced same problem...
Solution:
The page where UIC and name has to be entered... Try to type the full name instead of only First Name and Last Name.
it worked for me after trying several combinations.
