Did your manager or HR approved that Reference letter? If yes, how come they did not noticed that.. CIC may have this question in their mind.

Hello K_B, there is a small note on top of your first email that you will get new medical instruction and form shortly within 48hrs. I got the similar email and within 24 hours got any emails with all form and instructions. Shortly you will get second email from -CIC-update.

@Hello Binuky & Oscar7, Yesterday, I got the MR request from NDVO with comments that within 48 hours I will get new medical instruction and form. Today, I got three emails from CIC directly for all my family members with their UCI and other details. I hope this will help.
