Man this is so frustrating, I had applied for this stupid FSWP last year on time but it was declined due to incomplete docs ( I sent a copy of WES report instead of the original one). Now I sent all the documents but sent it on August 12, so got late!. This stupid residency issues are taking a toll on me. I am stuck with wait in my green card process for years in US and now here go my hopes for a canadian PR :|. Sometimes it feels if I should go back to India and live happily

In both I wrote my current job title.

My NOC is 2174 and my app reached on 12th august.

I think you have still a chance...

I am at USA living in same state since from entry.
For getting PCC, I have 2 options.
1. Apply at State Bureau of Criminal Apprehension & they issue me criminal record if I request the purpose
2. Apply to FBI for the same


For 1st one, I spend less effort,money & time whereas for 2nd, its time consuming.

are both means of PCC valid or do CIC have particular guideline ?

I would say option 2 is best option. When CIC asks for PCC for a country that indirectly means they need a clearance report from a Federal organization for example FBI from USA, RCMP from Canada.

After watching the movie (Anjaan -Tamil) @ 12:AM I got a mail from consultant regarding PER. I got the file number.....Thank you guys Thank u century, thank you ashif bai all .will meet there a will arrange a gettogether insha allah .....

File received : 7th May @ 9:47 am
CC charged : 16 th July
PER Received : Aug 15....our great independence day
