Thank you every one for help as I am the principal applicant I have few more questions:-

1- I am staying with my husband in Dubai from the last 1 year should I attach Police clearance for myself and my husband for the last ten years where we lived? it would be so difficult! PCC required from all the coubtries yiu have lived in for more than 6 months after the age of 18 yrs.

2- Shall I attach both parental details and addresses in my application along with their pictures and passport copies? Plz rephrase ur question Could not understand
3- Should I attach original copies of Birth certificate for both of us? No photocopies will suffice.

4- At the time of sending the application is it necessary to hold CAD 14000 in my account and for how long I should retain this amount? It is recimmended to maintain minimum 80-90% of the funds till visa is not issued, as vo may ask for fresh bank statement.

;D Hi! I have been following this forum since May when the applications started. Last year, I got my applications delayed and returned.Thanks to my Consultant ... Thankfully, this time, I managed to sent my application for NOC 1112 which was received on 06th June 2014.

I had lost hope when I received the sms today about debit of my credit card for CAD 1100. I am thrilled and it seems I am back in game. Now, please request expert's answer for the next steps...

• When can I expect the file umber or e-mail from the FSW Canada Office?
• I didn't submit the Police Verification along with the form. I have it ready from the UK as well as India. Shall I post them now or wait until I get file number/reference number
• What would be my chances of getting PR now?

Hi Seniors, Pls throw some light on us oldies also, i am also 26th May DD applicant, no news, mail i have sent to CIC but i'm just waiting for their reply which will be a long wait.
In the meantime i wanted to apply in another NOC, but my consultant keeps saying that is not possible, that you cannot apply in another NOC till the time the first application is rejected.
Don't know what to do, i am so confused. Pls help.

CIC is working on June applicants, why would they pick up old May files now? No logic i find there.
Pls advise.

You can try your luck in NOC 2173. No one knowz the exact details for Express Entry Jan 2015. It's better to take this last chance in FSW.. Keep ur fingers crossed. Miracles do happen

PCC is country specific not city specific so u should get one from india (not sure about indian embassy in dubai can or can not) and one from dubai for sure.

Hi friends
I have just noticed that a new generic form was introduced in june 2014. I sent my application on June 18 by DHL and received by CIC on June 23. I filled the march 2014 generic form.

Put some light on the following:
on which date the new form was introduced ?
If later than June 18, will it affect my application ??
If it will then how ??
Is it subject to rejection ?

It was changed on 17/June. It should not affect your application, is my belief..... For more details on this refer link below::

First of all, please clarify if u have sent an email or a mail / hardcopy / courier. If it is through mail, this will work. Am not sure if the dependent information should also match. Seniors should be able to comment better in this case. Considering my case, if my 19th august package was added to the original application, then the dependent info doesnt matter, as I had given nothing but the applicant names and package receive date for them to match. Again, this is subjective, if u want to be sure, u can send another package.

My 2 cents advice for you is to visit your bank / write to the credit card wing / do anything to request them to keep ur old credit card alive for another 3 months or so. i.e if it is possible. All the best!

I have informed CIC through email and sending them the new form through courier. I have tried convincing the bank to keep the status of my old cc active till december but due to the new RBI guidelines, they are helpless and cannot do that.

Hi -I mean should I attach pictures and photocopies of my parents and his parents separately along with their residential addresses where they have lived from the last ten years ?
