Thanks man... Whatever u have listed, I have them.. Probably I would attach a letter explaining the situation would ease the issue I beleive.... However, when can I inform them.....? In some cases, there are MR directly without AOR.... so when and how should I update them...?? Will they contact...

Ya ok.... But there's a small glitch in that informing process... My ex-employer gave a month notice period... Which I could not serve due to pressure of my new and current company. Therefore, I was not able to get a releiving letter from my old company.... And my new company has also accepted...

Guys.... Just need a suggestion from u'all.... I had applied for Fsw2014 and received my PER on October 29th.... But in the mean time I had an employer change.... Now when do I inform about the changeover??? If so, who is that I have to inform.... Cic..? Or Ndvo...?? If ndvo, then I don't have...
