dear sap_bw, the reason for our worry is that we still dont hv that maple leaf visa in our hands.....even after getting per,aor,mr,rprf,ppr etc we are tensed....bcoz v still dont hv that visa....even a small negative review by a vo at this stage will shatter all our hard work which u mentioned in your post....so tension is all but natural....rest assured that after getting the visa,things will be diff coz job or no job when v land,v still would b having that visa....

its an endless cycle my friend... after you get your visa it will be "yes... visa and landing and PR is all good... but the real deal was if we get well settled... have a good job with good pay nice house... thats what all these efforts were made for" . your visa and PR is almost guaranteed now unless god forbids a nuclear war break out ... Just take it easy and spend these last few months in india having as much fun as you can...

Do not worry bro. You are one of the lucky ones to receive medical . Think of people like me and some may/june applicant who are still waiting for MR. We are tired of refreshing our mail box and checking ecas.

My application was delivered for 3215 and received at NS Sydney on Jan 29th 2014. Not yet got an AOR mail from CIC though. Wanted to know:

I might be able to make it to the 300 CAP for this NOC but the question is will I also be able to make it to the 5000 CAP considering only about 1400 spaces are left and also considering how fast other NOC's are filling up?

Expect AOR in 1-3 months, but considering the December applicants they have been receiving AOR within 35-40 days. so keep ur fingers crossed.....

+1 for you SAP_BW. Yes, this is the way I would like to look at it too. Not that I am a very positive person, by nature. :-\ ...just sharing my thoughts...

Honestly, a few of the things that you mentioned have been my recluse too in the last few weeks of tormenting anxiety spells. It helped me to somehow transition from restlessness to being sanguine. I hope that I am able to maintain this attitude further. Specifically, visiting Medical Monsoon forum to appreciate how lucky I am in terms of time line, and rejoicing the moments when I heard about my PER on the phone with CIC.

The other things that helped me to keep a check on my sanity were to involve myself in reading backgrounders on children's education, rental housing, living necessities & expenses and MOST importantly spending quality time with my kids (it gives me a sense of purpose and a drive to look forward to each day). I also keep thinking that one day I will get the maple leaf in my passport (and that day will be very soon) and by year-end I will definitely be moving. This thought just excites me.

I totally agree with you buddy.... unless n until we get our visas...nothing is for sure.... so this worry is but natural....seriously after seeing the disaster that NDVO has done with 2010,2011 n 2012 applicants... it creates more frustration.... even after the MR,rprf,ppr... they have not returned their passports for months...years... this is ridiculous...n heart breaking.... .....

They asked me to submit marriage pix and outings pix.
They didn't mention nmbr of pix. I sent 35 pix in total.

Indian PCC was sent with application.
UK's PCC yet tobe sent.

No change in ECAS..
