Nope... I am in India. Applied under FSW 2013 and file is currently INPROCESS at NDVO. In my GCMS notes, in the settlement funds part they have mentioned my status as "MET"(Criteria MET) lids

Guys, Just an FYI... I did sent my application for FSW 2013 without POF and the same was approved by CIC and is currently IN PROCESS at NDVO. I dont know if it was my luck. but 1 of my friend who was previously a FSW applicant(now a Canadian PR) told me that it was not mandatory at the initial...

YES... u can apply without your bank statements. I did that in FSW 2013. I applied without POF and PCC and was approved by CIC. Just be careful while ticking the checklist. But again, why take a chance... ;D Best of luck, God bless u :) lids
