You will have to submit your passport to NDVO as this VO is processing your application. You can appear for medical in front of any CIC approved panel physician in any country but make sure with the doctor/clinic if they can upload/send your medical report to NDVO.

It seems that you have changed your address; in this case, you have to update NDVO for the change of your address.

1. Can we submit our passport to different visa office than one mentioned on application? I have mentioned New Delhi Visa office, but i am out of India and looking some kind of information, if i get passport request then is it possible to submit my passport in another country Canadian visa office for stamping?
2. Also can we submit medical report from other country?

I had the same issue before as I got married after I filed my application with CPP-O. Here is what I did:
After marriage, I sent an email to CPP-O telling them that I got married to (name, DOB, passport #) and I want to add her to my PR file. After about 5-6 weeks, they got back to me asking me to provide a list of documents for her (some sent by email, and some sent by a courier). Then after 4 weeks of sending the documents, they sent me another email thanking me for my response (that was the first time someone in CIC thanks me for something ) and sending me the link for online payment to add her file (the $550 fees), which I did.

And now I am waiting for MR.

Hi all,
I am a bit confused now...
My ECAS was updated on 17th Jan. as "IN PROCESS" but i haven't received my PER yet.
As of yesterdays CAP update my NOC(2154) still shows 20.
I am scared that i might not be in.
or is it that I will be counted after CIC preparing and sending my PER ?

need one help..
in d medical instruction form, my wife surname
mentioned is the surname before marriage..
I already updated her passport with my surname
and intimated the same to ndvo on 22nd
November..
but it seems dey did not updated..
so should I proceed with the medicals and then
submit her both old and new passport ?

Don't loss your hope... Dec 19th applicant's CC got charged on Jan 15th...CIC must have screened the applicants till 21st Jan before updating the website. I think no other applicants before you paid via CC to give us info abt CC status, all applicants after Dec 19th till you used DD as payment mode... So it may take some time...As you well aware these days CIC processing applications in a very good pace so 6 days are enough for them to screen applications for more than 20 days..So be positive and wait to hear from them....

Seems application reached on or before 18/11 were included (Priya 83) fee charged 1/8 and PER received 21/1.After that only one cc(still outsanding.Mine reached 4/12 and my dd is oustanding as of yesterday :'(

Anyone has idea about final success lot of any noc?
