Firsly, I hope your NOC is not full. If that is the case it makes sense to print new forms online, fill and I submit but make sure what you fill is same as before. This is just to be on the safe side as I understand some of the forms have been updated as recently as early this month. Filling new forms doesnt mean you should not include the letter received and the attached appendices.

Please dont Confuse me with the Manish who has got MR Request ..

My file was received at CIC on 11 jun .
Till now no PER .

I am in touch with my bank and they are yet to revert on my DD (Payment) status.

I have observed on our sheet ,that there are 7 files recieved on 11 June by CIC
off which only one has got PER and rest 6 are still waiting for it.

What do u think is it a sheer co incident that on 11 june 6 files out of 7 from our forum were on there way back / or
is it that they have got PER mail and have not updated the status .
DO u ppl think ITS GAME ON / Over For us , in case none of the others have got PER mail Too ???????????????????????

Only person who got PER on 11/06 is : IMMY - many congratulations to u MATE !!
PPL whos status on spreadsheet shows Still awaiting PER are : Myself MANISHKAPOOR18 ,

ARAVIND2132 , ADANAC , RMINPANTHER ,DR.MEGHA , BARCOMI ,AKINJAY

IFF any of u has received PER then Please celebrate it with us .
It will help others like me speculate ...

Dear Friends
I have a news to share here, Yesterday 5th sept I have received a medical request for me and my family.
Please update the excel sheet.

Also I have been asked to submit the settlement fund proof (updated last 6 moths bank statement showing with/depo history) and pay the right of perm residency fees.

Wish me a luck here guys.

What I am asking may sound a little stupid but thought never hurts to find out. Please answer this question if you know.

What is a pre-assessed application? Is there a difference in how it stands in queue, is it prioritized or are all the applications at a VO are treated same and are in one queue.

Hi everyone,

Can someone please advise me on this issue. I submitted my application in May but it was returned to me last month. I only recieved it on friday. The reason it was refused was because payment was declined because my credit card got missing so I had to cancel the number. Should I just attach a new payment form and send the whole package back to them or do I need to refill all the forms over again. The letter stated that :'should you choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application. Please I need advise asap. Thank you very much.

My understanding of pre-assessed application is the unofficial assessment you make to determine if you meeet the required point of 67 set by CIC either by urself or consultant. The applications are rreated strictly on a first come basis though there are some other factors that could delay a particular application thereby making the ones after to move ahead such as complexity in document verification etc.

My UCI also starts with 58...., I applied in 2007 for FSW but at that time didn't got this UCI.

One major news is one 0f the applicant of CPP-O (Manishsb) from ur Noc has got the MR with the last six month's Bank statement...

And another news is NOC 2174 and 1112 applicants are returned their files mentioning cap limit reached...

thanks. My NOC is not full yet. So much pain refilling the forms. I hope the expedite it when it is received.
