Hi Nanonye, I actually filled my details in but for some reasons it is not coming up on the spreadsheet. My NOC is 3212 and 2nd application was received Sept 16. The first one was sent back because they could not process the application fees.

Do you mean it is wrong to send the new form? as per what you said they have returned my app because i have sent the old schedule 3 form. this means that all of you, (if anyone else) who sent the new form later on, probably wont get positive answer either
