Dear experts,
Please need some comments ....
I have received my PER and file transferred to local visa office. At this stage, I got some dispute with my consultant, who is registered consultant. I want to take him off from my application. Please suggest if this is rite time to do this? Can he do something wrong with my application if I email to local visa office that I don't have any representative anymore. Please advice

I agree with maina.

Even my in-law who got visa in fsw2011 , were not having updated passport but only genuine marriage certi n join bank account.

No need to clarify if you have enclose all proof which state relationship with spouse.

If local vo wants any doc they will inform you and then only send requested documents.

I tired 3/4 times to call cic to get the status of my file but after putting uci and birth year the call transfered to attend there is no automated msg on ivr. Is tht mean my file has no status yet. Plz give me ur opinion.

if call was transferred u cud hv asked the agent bot ur status update..
if nt then call tmrw again may b they wil update soon
