I do not see any "Submit if Available". It states that "Must provide proof"

EDIT: have you sent your degree & not transcripts or not included anything?

Nopes. 13th May has well passed so o guess there was a problem. Did call up the call centre once and they said they have no access to the information as soon as I introduced myself. I found that pretty abrupt and didn't try calling again.

Make multiple attempts. One attempt is not enough.

Although it is incredible that after 2 months of the doors being open, CIC have only charged 2 weeks worth of applicants! This means there's 6 weeks worth of applications not yet been looked at?

Hi Jigzzy & all members of forum please guide me. My application was received on 13 May at 10:50 a.m, I haven't mentioned my email address in my application therefore didn't received any email. But i managed to got my Client Id from call center agent, she also told me that they have sent me letter dated July 12, but i haven't received that letter yet, when I input this client ID in cic website to check status of my application , it is appearing "In Process" and in details it is mentioned "We have received your application on May 13". Please note that my DD was not en cashed yet. So please anyone tell me at what stage my application is??
