hey guys is ECAS updated this week/weekened yet???

It seems that there is no many updates recently. I am not sure whether CPP is slow, or CPP applicants in the forum are not active. I am waiting for the third line to be added in my ECAS from the middle of Feb. I wonder if you have got the third line in your ECAS?

This is WRONG. The application was rejected, hence the visa was refused. So, the answer should be YES, but need to provide details, saying the refusal was based on a technicality (incomplete package).

A Visa is deemed rejected if CIC started processing the visa application. If your package is sent back due to any reason before processing (i.e. Fees charged) then the answer should be NO. But if after the Fees is charged and then your file is sent back, then Visa is rejected and the answer should be YES and you will have to provide the specific reason which is mentioned in the letter sent to you by CIC.

I have raised several CSE's and also sent them email... but as usual NO REPLY from NDVO.
only God knows what these people are upto.
guys... any1 whose processing has started in Jan/Feb plz share if ul have any BCG checks... im damn worried...

If you received a UCI with you rejection, then the answer should be YES. However, if you did not receive a UCI, then the answer should be NO. (My two cents...)

Its very informative. They give u info on how to find job, volunteering and mentoring. Info on how to find house, open bank account, settlement centres etc. They give u an action plan document with address and websites of all these things. Its called a MAP document. So go ahead and attend it.

Hey count me in too. Iam the most unfortunate. I got DM on 6th march but haven't got pp yet. Its 56 days now. Getting DM doesn't mean u r through. Ive sent 5 emails, 3 CSE and 1 registered post to NDVO...no response.

My Application for 2013 FSWP was returned as it was received after the maximum of 300 complete FSW applications was reached. My Generic App Form has UCI handwritten in Red. Should I start to use the that UCI number if I decided to Reapply this year and answer YES in Sched A? Thanks in advance.

guys we take our Bank Draft (for proof of settlement fund) from emirates bank in dubai today, that is in US dollar, but I've noticed that the recipient bank is City Bank with Branch in US...do you think this will create a problem? or the recipient bank should be in Canada....They told me, it is OKAY considering that City Bank is all over....they also said that I can even even deposit that to my account in other banks in Canada, once I open an account.....thanks
