Dear All,

My DD is encashed on 16th January....God is great

My file was received on 11th December, then after I realized that experience letters are not as per format they want, i send these updated documents(As per format) about Job duties in which i mentioned JD, working hours and salary which were received on 9th January with covering letter to merge these with earlier documents.

And today i got news that DD encashed,....great relief

I am sharing this with forum to say that if somebody wants to merge certain things then just do it don't think to much without wasting time..It works.

tommorow will be one last day..i will be waiting patiently for my MR email.....failing which i will be at NDVO day after tommorow along with Kejriwal (for people outside india , who are confused with Kejriwal ---- he is the Chief minister of delhi fighting against corruption in India)

When I was dreaming about Canada, at that time this forum came to me with a big hope. I found answers of every questions before asking (Some1 already asked about that). Thanks islandbabe for creating this forum and thanks all for sharing your knowledge and experience selflessly.

I don’t know what those people are doing who already got MR/PPR/VISA. I have not got anything except AOR but planned for everything before/after landing (Such as List of documents to carry, Where to land, what to do first etc ;D . Also reading different landing stories to get experiences, before landing.

The experience/Knowledge I have gathered during this Canada Dream is also very valuable for me and it will help me to go further……………..

I pray that we all will go to Canada by this 2014 InshaAllah. Hope for the best.

Unfortunately, I just received an email stating my application was returned on 12th Dec as cap for NOC 2147 reached. A detailed explanation is sent along with the package.

Can any one let me know what would the contents of the explanation letter sent by CIO with the returned application? . Will it provide date when the application was delivered and date when the Cap reached?
Please reply. Cz my consultant informed that my application was delivered on 17th June and he is not able to provide courier details confirming it.I know for sure that the cap for my noc did no reach before 17th June.your replies will help me sue my consultant and make my case strong.
Anyone from UAE who knows a good lawyer who can advice and take them to task, please PM me

Hi Husman,

I got my Saudi PCC from Riyadh yesterday. It is comparatively easy as Bhaumick said. Send an email to riyadh.visa @ international.gc.ca requesting for a request letter for PCC stating ur details and by which method u require the letter to be sent. It is either by arames or normal post. Aramex is next day delivery but costs me 200 SAR. Normal mail is 15 days. U need the request letter in original. Take the request letter to the MOFA office and get it attested. Then take this letter to the police station where fingerprints are taken and an acknowledgement is given and told to come after a week or so. Then go and collect PCC which needs to be again translated.

i think some july applicants were in the cap....u can refer the spreadsheet..definitely tour consultant is lying...

yes cic letter will confirm the date of receipt and will also hv your uci no...it will clearly state the reason for file return...

My application is received on October 17th NOC 0211. As i got to know that, NOC cap has been reached. . My file haven't been returned yet and i got no update regarding anything. When can I expect my returned file ? :-[
