Need help in understanding that what is the next step for me now? I applied under FSW NOC 1112 and the cap was reached hence my application got returned. What now? Is CIC going to open the cap limit again for this or I will have to wait for next year? Any other Option to apply for PR? I am from India.

Today, just an hour ago i had received the letter from New Delhi Visa Office. When I opened the letter it stated that I need to submit my Medicals,PCC.

Those who have already done medicals please advice....

Is it possible to do Medicals before getting the request from NDVO? If yes how many months validity it has? My spouse is a foreigner. Shes coming to India in January last and February 2nd week she will go back. If I am lucky enough I get my PER on January last... But I found that it is taking 2-3 months more for Medical request from NDVO after PER. We both don't want to spend money twice for flight ticket. If NDVO won't accept the medical done in advance I should re-plan her trip.

Please Advice....

MR done in advance can not be submitted without formal request from NDVO.
U have filed ur application on 30th Oct but CIC is currently checking files of Aug 2nd week.
U have to wait for 1 more month to hear something from CIC.
If u do get PER, then ur file would be transferred to NDVO and then u will receive MR.
So u r three to four months(may be more) away from receiving MR.
First clear the initial stages, then plan ahead.

Getting exciting for you NDVO guys! Hope more good news follows, and of course that LVO gives us some positive action.

Two thoughts -
1. If MR comes by mail, some will get before others even if dispatched at the same time, and
2. background, security etc checks will presumably take longer if you are older (more history, travel etc)

Question is, are they sending the MR letters by recorded delivery or normal mail?
My consultant is in Canada, so it's going to take ages and the letter might get lost?

He has 2yr of education and 1 yr work exp from canada. Though now we are located in Bangalore.

Guys does NDVO only send the MR request through snail mail/courier? i mean do they not email as well??
