Today, just an hour ago i had received the letter from New Delhi Visa Office. When I opened the letter it stated that I need to submit my Medicals,PCC.

Wow!! What a post!! This post surely has boosted the sinking morale of hundreds on NDVO applicants.

I pray that all other NDVO guys including me write such post in coming days and not weeks and certainly not months!!!

I want to share with you this wonderful news...

This refers to your application for permanent residence. In order to continue the processing of your application, please provide us with the items listed below for you and each family member who will be accompanying you:
- ORIGINAL passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining validity and at least two blank pages;
- proof of payment for Right of Permanent Residence fee (original Visa Link and the teller receipt: www.bucharest.gc.ca ), if applicable;
- 2 recent photos/person as specified in the application guide; and,
- height (in cms) and eye color of each person.
Please ensure that the above items, together with this letter, are sent to the Embassy within the next 30 days

Well it all depends on case to case basis..
Simple cases may be processed faster Vs. Complex...

Fingers crossed & as sinestra said.. I may not be as lucky as him.. or I will rather say he is luckier than all earlier applicants.

Guys but its odd that Nirmal is the oldest applicant 8th May but Luckysharma is 17th May. How come he got it earlier?? :

Hi All

I am not on the spreadsheet but I just wanted to let you know that my application is on its way back. I received this email from CIC last night, 12th Nov, informing me that it was sent back on 24th Sept. I sent my application on 15th June for NOC 2174. I haven't received my package yet, it must be on it way, probably get it this week or next.

I'll prob try again next year or find a work sponsor, or EOI, will see.

Yes, I have two years old son too & bunch of docs for my wife & couple for my son..

Don't worry all.. if lucky's post is genuine then it is just matter of 10-15 days for others to receive MR news.

Fasten your seat belts guys.. MR rain/storm is forecasted..

Is CIC going to open the cap limit again for this or I will have to wait for next year? Any other Option to apply for PR? I am from India.

Look out for updates from CIC on their program and plan for 2014 else get your docs ready for EOI in 2015. Else there is Australia EOi which is a fairly easy and fast process
