GUYS!!! I NEED YOUR HELP SO BAD

Inaapply ko kasi yung husband ko ng OWP sa CEM via online, after a month, na refused sia. Reason is no NBI & Marriage certificate provided. I thot kc yung mga requirements lang and my work permit ang need nila. Iniisip ko rin baka may mali sa IMM1295E regarding sa details of INTENDED WORK IN CANADA SECTION. Im thinking na magpatulong sa agent kaso mahal po ng bayad if you can help me sana (i wish). Ano pa po ang ibang documents na need ko aside sa:

1. IMM1295E - Work Permit application made outside Canada
2. Passport (applicant)
3. Picture (applicant)
4. Proof of Medical Exam (since nag medical na sia)
5. IMM5476E - Use of Representative

1. IMM5257B - Application for TRV made outside Canada
2. LETTER OF EXPLANATION:
a. Work Permit (Mine as skilled)
b. NBI Clearance
c. Marriage Certificate
d. Birth Certificate (applicant and mine)
e. Bank Statement for the last 3 mos
f. Our wedding pictures (since we are just married for 9 mos)

I also have applied online for an Open Work permit since my husband is a temporary work in Canada NOC B classified. We passed the medical stage.
We got the decision last Sept. 8 that our application was refused due to non-submission of documents like NBI and Birth certificate. Those documents were not asked when I filled out the online form . I was looking for a slot to upload it but I can't see. Does anyone experience this?

Yes not all their required documents are posted and nasa lists nila. Mag base lang po kayo sa grounds of refusal nila then mag pasa po ulit kayo..my another chance pa naman.. if you want more details im willing to help.. thanks

aug 26,2016- Medical request done (nauna po ang medical ko,kc nauna na process ang for Permanent Residence ng Hubby ko and we received an email from CIC about Medical Request Aug13 )
Sept 1, 2014 - SOWP Application Via VFS agency and submitted all requirements
Sept 10, 2014- Medical recieved
Sept 29, 2014- received an email from CIC that my passport is ready to collect.
Sept 30- went to VFS agency to pick up my Passport with Visa and Approval Letter.

Makakasama ko na si Hubby after 2 years of waiting! thank God!

So, I did apply my husband an SOWP. He had his application rejected for some reason and we apply again. Here is the timeline.

Application Submitted online CEM: September 19, 2014
Medical received: September 23, 2014
Passport request: October 1, 2014

Guys, sabi sa letter decision made na daw but not sa online application itself. That means approved na yung application right? Pls enlighten me. Salamat!

salamat! actually wala naman interview during medical. may i-fifill out lang na form at naka depend sila sa answer mo sa papers at sa results ng medical. Sa St. lukes Fort Bonifacio ako nagmedical, super hassle free.

Hi, nag medical ba kayo ulit nung nag re apply husband mo sis? Kasi refused ren kami nung nag paper application nalang kami this time nag pasa ako sa VFS last sept23, w/ my proof of medical na completed na. Kayo sis? Ano process ng application nyo? Thanks sis.

hi guys , ask ko lang po, ano po ba nag gagawin pag tapos kana sa SOWP forms at requirements, ipapasa mo po ba sa cem kasi may mga nababsa ako n PInipicked up ung mga forms nila sa kanila ,,,??? naconfused lang po ako ? sana po ma help nio po ako?

buti pa kayo mga online applicants after ilang buwan or weeks me balita na ako eto 3 months na mag 4 months na eh nga nga pa din walang balita sa online application last update ng cic eh medical passed july 18 applicant nag update ng july 22 tapos nakarcve ako ng email netong sept 17 na me update sa my cic website pag check ko wala naman update kahit until now nag email na ako wala pa dn sagot kahit embassy dito gudluck naman sa owp application kung pwede lang i refund ang pera sa application gagawin ko kesa naman ma pending ng habang buhay sa hindi malamang dahilan bakit ganun katagal

What is your NOC code? Kung Skill level 0, A or B ka, your wife is eligible for an open work permit, no need for LMIA. All applications are process in the country of residence ng applicant, so kung nasa pinas ang wife mo, CEM ang mag process ng application nya.

You need to submit the application thru VFS Manila, not directly to CEM.

paper applicant ako. sent all files thru vfs. i submitted copies ng payslips ng husband ko when he started working, copy ng lmo (lmia) and job contract nya, coe ng husband ko from his employer, nso marriage contract and birth cert, coe ko, diploma and tor ko, bank statement. pwde ka rin mag log on sa cic.gc.ca website. hope helpful 'to.
