Finger Printing and Back Ground Check

I applied in September and took the test on April 10 in Montreal . But so far no one has asked me for finger prints . When do they do that ?
The officer just said that I passed the test and that a judge will decide in 2-4 months
And when is the back ground check gets done usually ?

Not necessarily, if there is no one in the CPIC data base with the same name and age, then they won't ask for fingerprints. They do a name check on CPIC.
