be patient and you ll achieve your goal soon. Thank you all the forum for providing useful information and support.

Thank you guys. Hope you all get your citizenship soon.

Hi Blueshirt, reason for RQ may be the only one visit back home for about 8 months. That's it . I applied with more than 1260 days of physical presence. with RQ I sent all the documents from bank and credit card statements ,to rental cheques to NOAs, T4, T5 , home ownership, property tax, kids school reports, OHIP and CBSA reports for the last 4 years. One thing that I did not send was car insurance documents as my car insurance company did not give me a letter for that.

CO ,actually did not ask any question except what are you doing these days ? to which I said cooking, cleaning and washing as I am a home maker. He said its OK, he just need to see my English conversation and he has no concerns about that. He only checked my passports and ID pieces.

Oath letter unexpectedly came very soon, that was exciting.so 2014 ended on a good note. I hope new year brings more happiness and blessings for all of us.

Thank you !

@moti - how many bank and credit card statements did you send? Just the latest one or last 3 months or last 6 months or last 4 years etc?

Also, since you're not working, what was in your T4 and NoA? How many years T4 and NoAs did you send?

Hi nb8285, I sent bank and credit card statements and NOA for the past 4 years. I am not working presently but had T4s for the 3 years prior to application. even when I was not working I filed my tax return and got NOA from CRA.

Exactly this wait time is just awkward. Usually it it is less than 24 months.
