    Hearing with Citizenship Judge

Great feedback! But I have a question: Will old cases (from 2010, 2011, 2012) who were referred to CJ Hearing lately treated in the same way as those who were referred to the CJ Hearing based on the new rules that became effective in 2015? Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear that you have to pass through this...We did a judge hearing two weeks ago and the hearing went so well. Whenever I call CIC they refuse to give any info with regard to the decision. Hello all, The hearing went very well and the judge was very sympathetic towards our unjustified long waiting...he asked for a couple of docs which we sent a few days ago. I called CIC today and they refused to give me any updates that might have happened..and said the judge has 60 days...but...

65 days less than 1095 days minimum required for Citizenship

Unfortunately I wasn't careful enough when I filled out the application to make the calculations accurately. Also, we thought, and it was a mistake, that even if we are short of a number of days, it won't matter since we are still in Canada and won't move anywhere else.

Dear Forum readers : I need help to understand if you are aware of any candidate across the country who with more than 65 days less than 1095 days minimum required days has been recently approved for Citizenship. During the interview the office didn't ask any challenging questions and didn't show any concern....she just said "wait for a letter from CIC to submit more docs" and I told her that I have every single doc you might need with me now...she insisted "wait for the letter.
