how much time take if file in under review ....any one advise here

there is no exact time line for that...all depends on when vo take a look . do you know what its the reason for your file to be under review ? Some people says 2 to 6 months but no one is sure...my file under review required for a month...i am slowly loosing hope and patience

hi guys lets see what happens . its been 16 months and still waiting ,
i got my RCMP request in NOV 2013 But till then nothing . applied for BOWP Yesterday so lets see what happens..

hi I m also going to apply bowp work permit .....did by your self or from lawyer . Did u attache any cover letter

A recent photo, the form 5710E, copy of first page of your passport. The rest are bunch of questions that you must answer before get to last point which is confirmation. Based on your client ID they will figure out everything about you.

hi guys today I got gcms note it's saying my file
Eligibility recommend ed passed
second time review required
Criminalty in process
language requirement met
Security not start
not rcms traced
Medical 1 not start
I m going to send some documents which I think give positive impact on my file

i got these notes in 29 days ....

On the last or 2nd last page of the notes theres a summary in paragraph form which basically sums up the status of your application. In my case, the web-based search is giving me problem. "Further review by officer is required" was stated at the end of the notes. My consultant advised me to send a copy of my company's certificate of registration, company's t4 summaries for the year I worked and previous years and a copy of my ROE. I submitted all that 2 weeks ago except for the ROE which I'm still waiting for. No news from Ottawa yet..........

and it's 15 line summery but at the end of summery it's stating that work experience benchmark passed for cec eglibilty and my language benchmark also met .but I think when I was applied cec I was at implied status but now I have open work permit and trp .so I m going to consult with my lawyer and what I can best to get positive rresponset
