I have a question regarding Personal information form. I am an illegitimate child. And in my birth certificate the father is not named, but i know the name of my father personally.

Question is, shall i put their in the space (form) the name of my father or not?

How are you guys? I just wanted to share that according to my GCMS, the due date was yesterday. It will be 1 year since I did my medicals. I hope they will do something on my due date!! I am patiently waiting.

I applied in Jan 2012 had my meds done on May 2012. On ecas, it still only shows application received. I am being patient considering that some people have been waiting for over 17 months.
When you guys applied for federal part did you include your police clearance along with it?

Somehow I cannot reply to your personal message. The last thing I noticed was that my address was updated like 2 weeks ago. But I'm still waiting!
I read that some applicants for the NVDO got DMs. Do you know of any QSWs who got DMs recently?

No all qsw cases known to me are still waiting....if you got your passport request means your visa is going to stamp usually within 45 days time because you r going to get ppr 2 where as we all got ppr1 so we could not predict our time for visa stamping ..wt is the status of ecase for you is it inprocess????

My status still shows "Application Received" with the ecase status as "we have received your application for permanent residence on April 23rd" and "Medical results have been received". The only change was my address being updated to my attorney's address but otherwise everything else is still the same. I didn't get a PPR request yet either! So I guess the waiting game continues..!

hello guys, I need help with some questions. My timeline is on the left under m profile.

First of all, are there people in this forum applying from the USA that have the work permit or visa expiring soon, and still have not heard anything from CIC?

I live and work in the US on work permit and it is about to expired in January and i have not heard anything from CIC on my application yet. Please, advise me what i can do because the work permit i have is not renewable, actually its an OPT (Optional Practical Training) which you received after graduation.
I have written several messages to CIC, but it seems like they are not even checking them. No response.

My question here is, has anybody been in the same situation, or heard of anybody in the same situation that was able to resolve the issue with CIC, and How? Please, i seek desperate answer.

After CSQ.. i send my App to buffalo at 15 august 2011 the recievd 18 august 2011
then it was a long waiting untill 27 jan 2012....
27 jan i recive an email that my file has been transferd to CPP-OTTAWA..
and i had a med request attached and my client ID that i can chek my app status on line...
med done 17 FEB... they updated online that they recievd med results 05 MARCH 2012
now im waiting that they ask me my passport to stamp visa
