If you immigrate under Ontario PNP are you allowed to land in Montreal Airport instead of anywhere in Ontario ?

Well I am not an Immigration Officer who will approve or Disapprove
but one thing I can tell you CORRECTLY my friend, IT DOESN'T COUNT!!
In my own opinion, you MUST NOT fill visitor at all. If you are a Permanent Resident and you are outside, you are still a permanent resident until your status expired or you didn't meet the renewal requirement.
If you fill in "visitor" your days spent in Canada as a visitor won't and will never...

Your return showing tracking in transit, might be that they stamped your PP already. In my

There are two ways to solving your problem
1) If your wife is in Canada, she can use courier e.g. UPS to send your card to you.
2) Apply for a travel document. (Travel Document takes like a week to get and it is valid for 30days
after you get it

Thanks so much!!!...If they want me to land in Quebec, I guess I will just make use of my still valid 5yrs multiple visitor
visa at the entry point and continue my journey to Montreal with bus and do my landing with one of their offices in person then.
