Great news cesag...
I was debating between doing a certificate in Public Affairs in York U or going back home and doing Public Relations at Niagara College.

In Quebec, Phd student only paid the domestic fees for a long time. BUT, they changed the rule this year. I think the provincial government is short of money.

ae03yy, I wish we were transferred to the same office also. Then we can share information and the timeline. Why do they transfer us to different places????

Only some universities (like Laval) allow the PhD candidates to pay the domestic fees, upon admission.
In some other universities you have to get explicitly exempted by the University.

No, I think we should all have Code 130 if we applied as skilled worker but for expedite process it has to be mentioned on the CSQ(dossier prioritaire). I don't know much about that though but thought it be good to know if it really expedite process for Federal.
I had Code 130 on my csq but nothing else. However, I know my job is listed on their priority list, so go figure!!

Note: code 102.1 means you need to provide proof of funds upon landing

Nouvelle travailleuse. (what does the 9914 mean) I would like to know if it is under the priority list or something? Just good to know

The letter which accompanied my CSQ said that I will get expedited processing at VO. Yeah right, haha.

Good then. i just read that code off some forum

About your NOC 9914, i tried a search but nothing came up with HRSDC. It doesn't really matter anyhow as long as you qualify with Quebec, you'll be selected. Keep in mind Federal only has two things to check that might disqualify an applicant (Medical and Security check)! If you have somehow a mention of expedite process, I'll add you to the gold list right away
