Hi All!!

One question has been bothering me and I called CIC and no definite answer was provided. My wife's case is being processed in Hong Kong and she currently lives in China and she is Chinese. She recently moved and I want to update her address. The Ecas for principal applicant does not allow change of address to be done online if the address is outside of Canada.

I called CIC and they said they cannot do the change of address over the phone. Any idea? It's quite urgent since she moved a month ago.

My ECAS Updated to "Decision Made" from "In Process" and I did not receive PPR yet. Is this something to worry about? Because usually after submitting the passport the ECAS updated to "Decision Made"? Please advice me regarding this. Thanks in advance!

when did ur ecas update to in process?did you see any third line to your ecas when it updated to in process?what do u see now clicking on decision made?

We have the same status in ECAS.
But mine was still in In Process. I have also the number 5 but The date shows there was for my PPR. I received my PPR thru email check your email or spam. Or better call your Canadian Embassy or email them and let them know your status.

I'm starting to get worried about my husband's PR application.
I'm Canadian and since we got married I have been living with my husband in Gaza. Things here are only getting more and more difficult and we are desperate to get out of here but there is no way that we can do that without my husband getting his PR and I cannot travel to Canada and leave him as we have three young children together and I couldn't bear to separate our family even if it is just for a short period of time.

So our application has been sent to the Cairo Visa office since April and when I check online all they say is that the application has been received. My husband did his medical exam months ago and there have been no updates to the account acknowledging that they have received it, we also sent his police check in July and still nothing from Cairo and no updates to the ECAS page. I also sent a case specific email about a month ago informing them of the arrival of our third child and informing them that we were willing to provide any additional information that the needed to help process the account. Sill nothing.
Its really starting to worry me since a lot of people are posting saying that their ECAS at least says that they've received medical results, we don't even have that.

I'm getting discouraged, I'm thinking of requesting GCMS and was wondering if anyone has done that and if anyone has any other advice as to how I can find out what exactly is going on with my application.
